• Wednesday 11 September 2024 Downside crowned Luton in Bloom winners We are pleased to announce that Downside Primary Luton won the Best School Garden award at the Luton in Bloom competition 2024.
• Monday 8 July 2024 Olympic cake gets Gold award Well done to Ibraheem in Opal class who won our Olympic cake competition. The cake looks amazing ????
• Wednesday 3 July 2024 Town Sports success We are so proud to announce that for the first time ever Downside Primary school have been crowned Luton Schools Athletics CHAMPIONS!
• Wednesday 3 July 2024 Year 3 & 4 Quad Kids County success. We are so super proud of our Year 3 & 4 Quads kids athletics team who came 3rd at the County final event in June. The children had to sprint 60m, run 400m, throw a vortex and perform a long jump.
• Tuesday 5 March 2024 Cake sale for Keech The sun came out for year 2s bake sale on Friday. We managed to raise over £300 for Keech hospice with our cakes, cookies and doughnuts. Thanks to everyone one who came to support this amazing charity. We were so busy selling cakes that we didn`t take many photos- but you have a look in the gallery, the cakes looked yummy!!!
